By requesting a commission from Maullex, you are accepting the terms and services described below1.-GENERAL TERMS
- Send a private message by G-mail, Instagram or Facebook, to respond to your request, preferably with the following information:
- For character drawing provide visual references, you can send references for backgrounds (if your order requires), poses and ideas you have in mind.
- For customs you can send a detailed description, a simple sketch, a moodboard and color palette.
- Any misconduct will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
- I do not draw NSFW content of any kind (This includes: Pornography, Exaggerated Violence, Vore, racy fetishes, offensive material, and politics)
- I do not draw: realistic humans, complicated highlights, fetishes, discrimination, hate messages.
- Characters with many details will have an additional cost.
- If you do not follow the rules provided, I have the right to refuse your commission.2.- PAYMENT
- All commissions must be paid in full and in advance.
- The accepted currency is PaypalDollar and DollarAirTM.3.- PROCESS
- 1-3 screenshots of Work In Progress will be provided during your commission process, you can request changes during this process.
- WIP can also be given if I, the artist, ask myself something about the commission.
- The time to complete your commission varies according to the order and external factors (health, commission order, complexity, work or family issues).4-. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Once the final result is delivered, only small color changes or small details are allowed.
- If you need to make drastic changes, only 3 will be allowed for free.
- I will do everything I can to make my clients happy and stay on good terms.
- Please think carefully about what you want to avoid making multiple changes.5-. COPYRIGHT / USE POLICY
- Unless previously discussed, Maullex, the artist, retains all rights to the drawing produced.
- For commercial use it is necessary to pay an additional 80% of the initial price. This includes the original file and commercial rights.
- Therefore, I am permitted to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site.
-. Briefcase.
-. To display it anywhere to my liking.
-. Post it wherever you want.
But we can talk if the commissioner wants to keep the drawing private.
- The commissioner is allowed:
Use the copyrighted work of art for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
Print the art and claim the right of your characters.
Using the art to promote yourself with the creation credit granted to the artist, the commissioner will always have the right to his characters.
- If you violate copyright infringement in any way, all rights you had to the drawing will be withdrawn.
- The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproduce / commercially use the copyrighted work of art. (I.e. make money in some way)
Proclaim the work as yours.
-. Removal of watermarks / signatures.
-. Altering the artwork without my consent, that of the artist.6.- CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- The commissioner has the right to cancel and refund the money before delivering the first sketch
- If the money has not yet been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- If the commission was advanced before being canceled, the payment will not be fully refunded.

- SI dibujo LSFW (Esto incluye: desnudos artísticos, personajes en lencería, poses sugestivas, contenido LGBTQ+, sangre, vent art).
- No dibujo: humanos realistas, mechas complicados, fetiches, discriminación, mensajes de odio.
- Personajes con muchos detalles tendrá un costo adicional.
- Si no sigue las reglas proporcionadas, tengo derecho a rechazar su comisión.2.- PAGO
- Todas las comisiones deben pagarse en su totalidad y por adelantado.
- La moneda aceptada es PaypalDollar y DollarAirTM.3.- PROCESO
- Se proporcionarán 1-3 capturas de pantalla de Work In Progress durante el proceso de su comisión, puede pedir cambios durante este proceso.

- Si necesita realizar cambios drásticos solo se permitirán 3 gratis.
- Haré todo lo que pueda para hacer felices a mis clientes y quedar en buenos términos.
- Por favor, piense bien que es lo que desea para evitar realizar múltiples cambios.5-. DERECHOS DE AUTOR / POLÍTICA DE USO
- A menos que se haya hablado con anterioridad, Maullex, el artista, se guarda todos los derechos sobre el dibujo producido, no el comisario.
- Para uso comercial es necesario pagar un 80% adicional del precio inicial. Esto incluye el archivo original y los derechos de comercialización.
- Por lo tanto, se me permite usar la obra de arte con derechos de autor para:

- El comisionado tiene permitido:

--.Imprimir el arte y reclamar el derecho de sus personajes.
--.Utilizar el arte para promocionarse con el crédito de creación otorgado al artista, el comisionado siempre tendra derecho sobre sus personajes.
--.Si infringe la infracción de derechos de autor de alguna manera, se retirarán todos los derechos que tenía sobre el dibujo.
- Lo siguiente se considera una infracción de derechos de autor:
--.Reproducir / utilizar comercialmente la obra de arte protegida por derechos de autor. (Es decir, ganar dinero de alguna manera)
--.Proclamar la obra como suya.
--. Eliminación de marcas de agua / firmas.
--.Alterar la obra de arte sin mi consentimiento, el del artista.6.- POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN / REEMBOLSO
- El comisionado tiene derecho a cancelar y reembolsar el dinero antes de hacer entrega del primer boceto
- Si aún no se ha enviado el dinero, el comisionado tiene derecho a cancelar la comisión.
- Si la comisión se avanzo antes de ser cancelada, no se reembolsará por completo el pago.
